2008 VRCC Poker Run
The Valkyrie Riders Crusier Club has chosen The Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center as their targeted non-profit organization. For 3 years, they have gathered at The Crumley House as the final destination of the elicit "Poker Run". They pick a starting location and take a scenic tour of the mountains stopping at several designated spots to obtain a card for their poker hand. When they arrive at The Crumley House they obtain the last card in their hand and see who is the lucky winner. Donations are taken up while they enjoy a hearty meal. This year in 2008 thay passed a hat for The Crumley House and auctioned off the Valkyrie Riders Crusier Club rock for additional donations.
We want to send out an additional thank you for a birthday surprise sent to us by Mrs. Susan Catoe. We appreciate you, Susan, for donating your birthday money to The Crumley House. Happy 50th and we can not wait to see you at the next Valkyrie Ride!
