Phyiscal Therapy
Lisa Osborne directs the physical therapy department. Lisa has been an employee of The Crumley House since 2004. Her experience includes over 15 years as a Personal Trainer; of which 2 years she studied under a Physical Therapist in Houston, TX. She also spent over 2 years as a Chiropractic Assistant where she was certified in a broad range of therapies. Lisa is also now Certified as a Phyiscal Therapy Aide.
